ISLAMABAD: The federal government has accelerated the process of registering new voters in FATA for the upcoming general elections.

According to a spokesman of the Election Commission of Pakistan, more than 93,000 new voters have been registered for the two National Assembly constituencies NA-43 and NA-44 in Bajaur Agency.

The spokesman said 138 registration centers will soon be set up for the final round of voters’ registration in the agency.
