RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa met with Afghanistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan Omar Zakhilwal on Wednesday.
The meeting was held at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
A number of issues, including steps for peace and stability in the two countries, were discussed in the meeting.

In an earlier meeting held on August 2, the two brought under discussion matters pertaining to mutual interest, especially border management in the wake of Herat mosque bombing in Afghanistan.
