JAMRUD: The Pakistan-Afghanistan border crossing at Torkham is to remain closed for the second day today, after the two consecutive blasts at the Pak-Afghan border on Friday that left at least six security personnel injured.
Following the blasts, the security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation in the adjoining areas, whereas, the border crossing was also closed for all types of traffic.
Pakistan and Afghanistan held meetings at the Ministry of Defence in Kabul, just a day before the blast took place.
