LAHORE: The leader of the ruling party Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz issued a challenge to party rivals, saying that they should come in the field and face PML-N rather hiding in mountains.

She made these views while talking to media after the meeting with Jamiat Ulema Pakistan (JUP) President Pir Ijaz Hashmi.

“We will work for the uplift of the areas while opponents continue to make conspiracies,” she said. Responding to a question regarding Chaudhry Nisar, she said that Chaudhry Nisar is her respectable elder and close aide of her father.

Later, Maryam Nawaz met with the party polling agents for NA-120 by election in Mozang and directed them to record any unusual situation during the election day on their cell phones.

Addressing female polling agents, she said: “The role of polling agents is vital and prominent and they should play it with concentration.”
