‘PTI’s double standards exposed’

PESHAWAR: Advisor to Prime Minister and Provincial President PML-N Ameer Muqam Saturday observed that the issuing of notice to Managing Director (MD) Bank of Khyber (BoK), whose contract was going to expire on October 2, was a mere political gimmick of provincial government and was meant to divert attention of people from real issues.

Addressing a delegation of PML-N Peshawar City, he said that people of KP had fully aware of PTI’s dual standard, disposable projects and its politics of social media which had achieved nothing but to deceive masses by misleading slogans.

He was of the view that Imran Khan had confessed failure of his government and he should tender apologies for his wrong policies in KP.

He said that corruption had become rampant in KP while the government had failed to control an outbreak of dengue that negated the claim of PTI to bring change in the province.

Muqam said that Imran Khan had never shown seriousness in resolving issues of people who were being left at the mercy of those politicians who were immature and opportunists.

PM advisor said that PTI was in disarray over the accomplishments and achievements of PML-N adding his party would emerge victorious in next coming elections owing to its record development work.

He also urged the party workers to forge unity in their ranks and work for galvanisation of PML-N in KP.

He said that workers were assets of PML-N adding they would be respected and consulted in the decision-making process.
