LARKANA: Pakistan People’s Party – Shaheed Bhutto on Thursday announced to hold protests from September 9, in the entire province for the arrest of killers of Mir Murtaza Bhutto.
In this connection, a meeting of the party was held at Al-Murtaza House here on Wednesday under the chairmanship of provincial chief of the party Ali Ahmed Palipoto. The meeting also decided to celebrate the 21st anniversary of martyred Murtaza Bhutto on September 20. A public gathering will also be held at Garhi Khuda Bux which will be addressed by party chairperson Ghinwa Bhutto and other top leaders of the party.
The meeting unanimously termed recent census as a gimmick of figures as the number of people of Sindh has been shown less which cannot be accepted. It also decided to hold protests at all district headquarters of Sindh from September 9, to 17, demanding the arrest of all involved in the murder of Murtaza Bhutto.
The meeting also condemned brutalities against Burmese Muslims and demanded that international community must take notice of the killings and use their influence to get it stopped.
