North Korea’s nuclear test is clearly an act that deserves strong condemnation by the world countries. It has not only defied concerted international calls for restraint but also violated the UN Security Council Resolutions that clearly prohibit North Korea from developing ballistic missile technology.
Amid this tense climate, the good news is that many countries across the world are now opposed to North Korea’s nuke test.
The deliberate action of North Korea has indeed raised questions about the necessity of the UN Security Council Resolutions on prohibiting nuclear-proliferation.
Now the two big tasks before the UN Security Council are to take tough action against North Korea for its illegal test, and make its Resolutions stringent.
