JHANG: Three picnickers of same family, two brothers and a sister, drowned in River Chenab on Sunday night.
According to details, on the second day of Eidul Azha three member of a family, who came for picnic were bathing in River Chenab when they were washed away by the gushing water.
They were identified as Dr Ali Naqi, 27, Muhammad Taqi, 25, and a girl, 18. Ali Naqi was working in district headquarter hospital in Jhang. The family belonged to Ahmed Pur Siyal, Jhang.
The rescue team has retrieved the bodies.
