The CM House on Wednesday de-notified the chief minister’s camp office located at 180-H, Model Town.
The notification was issued by the CM office and signed by Special Secretary to Punjab CM Waseem Raza Jaffery.
The house was declared as CM’s camp office in 2011.
The said action was taken after a written complaint by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate for NA-120 by-poll Dr Yasmin Rashid to Returning Officer Muhammad Shahid, accusing Maryam Nawaz and federal ministers of using the camp office for election campaigning.
According to the rules of Election Commission of Pakistan, no public office can be used for campaigning in the NA-120 by-poll.
