PESHAWAR: At least two militants were killed on Monday during a search operation in Jani Khel, Frontier Region connecting Bannu with North Waziristan.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the encounter between the security forces and militants occurred during a search operation in the area which led to two militants being killed.
The security forces also recovered a huge cache of arms.
The killed militants were identified as Rahim Ullah and Zahid Ullah.
