Punjab bans outlawed organisations from collecting sacrificial hides

FAISALABAD: Outlawed organisations have been banned from collecting sacrificial hides on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha.

A comprehensive security plan has been chalked out and rescue and medical services have been put on high alert.

According to agencies, in pursuance of the directives of the federal government, the Punjab government has advised RPOs, DCs and CPOs to take fool proof administrative and security arrangement under an integrated strategy to ensure implementation of orders.

Punjab government directed that law and order situation should be maintained at all costs across the province on the occasion.

A meeting under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Moman Agha was held to review the administrative and security arrangements. All stake holders attended the meeting and took stock of the present security scenario.  Secret staffers have been deputed to track the dubious people and police force will patrol the cities.
