FIR registered against PML-N’s Arshad Khan (UC 171)

LAHORE: On Abbot Road, an area which falls under the NA-120 constituency, a scuffle occurred between workers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), after which, PTI candidate for NA-120 by-polls Yasmin Rashid reached Gari Shahu Station.

A female PTI worker was campaigning when a few workers from PML-N started harassing and threatening her. An FIR has been registered against PML-N’s Arshad Khan of UC 171. Yasmin said that the government is to blame if any harm is done during the campaign in NA-120. She said that it is a crime to prevent workers from campaigning and that PML-N should not resort to dirty tactics if they cannot receive votes.

“We are peaceful and will remain so”, she said.
