A policeman was shot and injured in Buffer Zone area of the metropolis on Friday.
According to rescue sources, unidentified armed men riding a motorbike opened fire at a 45-year-old policeman, Nasir Sami, near Erum Shopping Center. As a result, he sustained severe bullet injuries. He was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.
