Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Shahrukh Arjumand has declared MQM Founder Altaf Hussain proclaimed offender in one more case.
The court issued the order while hearing case pertaining to inciting and provocative speech against the Pak Army. Altaf Hussain had been being declared proclaimed offender in the case pertaining to a FIR, which was registered here at Kohsar police station.
On next hearing, the court will hear arguments in the case pertaining to case the FIR lodged against Altaf at Margalla police station. Petitioner Faisal Chohan advocate had asked the court for time to prepare arguments in the said case.
Altaf Hussain has already been declared proclaimed offender in cases pertaining to FIRs at Golra, Secretariat, Bara Kahu police stations. The court will hear the case again on August 31.
