KARACHI: Police have arrested a suspect for deceiving people by impersonating prime minister’s son.
A raid was conducted by the special investigation police, at an office in Clifton block in which the culprit Amjad Ali s/o Pervez Ali was detained. Police also recovered Rs 8,000 from him.
Th culprit had a fake card of the PM Secretariat and a fake identity card portraying him as the son of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
Police said that the suspect used fake identity to get protocol from the government departments.
A case under 419.468.471 and 102/017 has been lodged against him and further investigation into this matter is underway.
