Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was not going anywhere and news about his traveling to abroad was baseless.

Talking to media at Jati Umra in Raiwind on Sunday, he said that Nawaz Sharif was fine and fresh so he was not going to abroad. He said that the Election Commission of Pakistan had snatched political right of campaign in NA-120 for which the party would go to the court against the decision.

He said that Raiwind was the centre of politics for PML-N workers so they come here to get guidance from their leader. Talking about the press conference of former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, he said that he (Nisar) did not create any hype in his press conference.

Saad said that dengue was a chronic issue and even the Sri Lankan doctors had admitted the expertise of the doctors of Punjab in overcoming the dengue in the province. He asked Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervaiz Khatak not to do politics on dengue issue and extend cooperation to the doctors’ team to save the lives of citizens.

He said that Federal Minister for Trade Pervaiz Malik had been made incharge of political campaign in NA-120 as political worker with the consultation of Hamza Shehbaz. “Justice was not done with us, we have reservations regarding NAB, our lawyers are reviewing the matter and we will announce our strategy soon,” he said.

To a question, he said that there were no differences between Ch Nisar and former federal minister Senator Pervaiz Rasheed. Punjab Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah said that there was no division in PML-N ranks and at present the party was more united than the past.

He said that those talking of the division and differences in PML-N were misguiding the people but masses by casting vote in favour of the party in upcoming general election would fail their designs.

About former Chaudhry Nisar, he said that many positive and good steps were taken during his tenure. He said that as per his opinion, the former interior minister thinks that the party has not accepted his suggestion and the PML-N couldn’t avoid the losses it suffered after the court decision against the party chief.

He said that Chaudhry Nisar was displeases that the PML-N leadership didn’t included him in consultation regarding the political situation in the country but he later again joined the consultation and now once more was out of consultation team.
