RAWALPINDI: Awami Muslim League (AML) leader Sheikh Rasheed on Sunday said that former Interior Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Chaudhry Nisar held the press conference in a hurry, it was better if he had issued a statement.
The AML chief was referring to Chaudhry Nisar’s earlier press conference during which he confirmed his differences with the PML-N leadership.
Rasheed said that the PML-N senior leader is confused and it appears that he wants to say something but cannot.
Nisar is focused more on the politics of constituencies that is why he seems confused, he added.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Asad Umar tweeted: “Ch Nisar telling Pervaiz Rasheed to have the guts to ask for release of Dawn leaks report is enough to confirm that there is a cover up.”
