National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday has obtained the 415 pages volume 10 of Panama Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report for the investigation of the Sharif family assets.

Reports claim that NAB’s first plea was vetoed by Supreme Court’s (SC) registrar office; however, it accepted the second request.

NAB has already issued summons to ex-PM Nawaz Sharif and his sons, Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz for August 18. A team consisting of Rawalpindi NAB officers will record the family’s statements about Al-Azizia Steel Mills.

Supreme Court had told NAB to prepare three references including the Al-Azizia Steel Mill while the other two were about London flats and 16 offshore companies held by the Sharif family.

It should be mentioned that Nawaz Sharif had submitted review appeals in the top court against the verdict of disqualification, attaching documents of Capital FZE salary and UAE Iqama (work permit).
