BAJAUR AGENCY: A powerful remote-controlled bomb blast in the Nawagai area of Bajaur Agency of FATA has left at least two people dead and several injured, according to initial media reports.
The blast occurred in the Chahrmang area of Nawagai, according to reports.
The injured were taken to the District Headquarters Hospital Khar. Seven of the injured are said to be in critical condition.
Security forces have cordoned off the area to start a search operation, according to reports.
This blast comes as the Army is heavily engaged in Operation Khyber-4 in Rajgal Valley, at the Pak-Afghan border.
