Islamabad High Court has dismissed two different petitions seeking to put the Sharif Family’s names on the Exit Control List after the Supreme Court had disqualified the former premier and asked NAB to file references against them. The petitions stated that the family had a history of fleeing the country in hard times.
The Court however dismissed the petitions claiming that it was too pre mature to make this decision.
This Judge must be kept under watch. He is totally ignorant of the realities on ground. Such ignorant Judges are very dangerous from National Security point of view.
