Islamabad High Court after listening to debate has accepted to probe the petitions  wanting to put the Sharif family member’s names on the Exit Control List (ECL)

A five member bench of the High Court headed by Justice Amir Farooq has been formed to look on to the petitions from Monday (tomorrow).

It was stated that in the petition that the dismissed prime minister and his family could travel abroad to escape cases against them.

The petition further mentioned that trial against Sharif family is necessary to bring the Panama Case to its logical end.

The petitioner pleaded the court to order the Interior Secretary to do justice to its responsibilities.
