Custom officials seize 700 phones from Islamabad Airport

According to sources custom officials at Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad have seized 700 latest cellular phones into custody and have started probing the matter.

According to details, the phones were recovered from 19 vaccine cartons of World Health Organization (WHO) that were to be transported to Quetta by workers of a company named EPI.

While being investigated the arrested workers told custom officials that these mobile phones were a gift by the international organization. The authorities have however ceased the phones and have asked for details from the company before releasing them.
