ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will be hearing a petition for placement of Nawaz Sharif, his children, son-in-law, and Ishaq Dar on the Exit Control List (ECL) on August 7. The petition also calls for freezing of bank accounts of the respondents.
The Supreme Court, on July 28 disqualified Nawaz as prime minister over non-disclosure of un-withdrawn receivables from a UAE-based company. It stated that he was not ‘honest’ and ‘truthful’, as per the country’s Constitution.
