Justice must prevail and rule of law should be applied to all whether politician, general, judge, bureaucrat or oligarch. Panama Verdict can become a landmark in this quest. I have always maintained that elected Prime Minister should not resign under pressure but should be sent home through a due process. Everyone should accept the verdict of the court. Next round will be a political court in upcoming general elections and that process must continue to seek a legitimate mandate from people to govern. There is talk from some opinion makers that intikab should wait until ehtisab is completed. That is a dangerous route and will be detrimental to the nation. Elections must happen as per the constitutional provisions of the country.
