Pakistan’s Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the government will give its final reply to today’s decision after legal and constitutional consultation of the final verdict.
Speaking to journalists outside the Supreme Court, the minister said that Nawaz Sharif has been elected as Prime Minister of Pakistan three times and two times as the chief minister, however, no corruption allegation has been proved against him.
She said the Supreme Court verdict also contain no word regarding corruption against the premier.
“Nawaz Sharif will again be elected as the prime minister in the next general election,” she claimed.
Marriyum said that Supreme Court’s decision of disqualifying Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has not shocked them; rather it was a disappointment.
She said that PM Nawaz Sharif has always remained triumphant in the history whether it is politics or among the public.
“PML-N is a reality and the biggest political party with a large number of workers. Nawaz Sharif won the verdict in public’s court,” she said.
Aurangzeb asserted that whenever Nawaz Sharif was ousted, he was voted more than before.
“Whoever becomes the PM, our support and love is always with Nawaz Sharif,” she said.
