As expected, Sindh Governor Zubair has refused to sign National Accountability Bureau (NAB) laws revoking bill 2017 saying it was against the people’s interests that prompted the dismay of Sindh government and it announced that bill will be passed from Sindh Assembly.
Sources told that Sindh governor has refused to sign the revoking NAB law bill 2017 and returned to chief minister.
The governor has the stance that the bill was not in accordance with the public wishes and interests and provincial assembly has not right to make ineffective federal laws.
He asked the CM that the bill clashed with the federal law, therefore provincial assembly should have to review it again. In his reaction, provincial law minster Zia-ul-Hassan Linjar said that Sindh government will present the governor message and bill in Sindh Assembly as the final decision will be taken by Sindh Assembly.
