DADU: At least five people died and seven others were wounded in a road accident near Dadu city in Sindh on Tuesday (today). The deceased included two women and a two-year-old girl who died on the spot.
The accident reportedly occurred on Indus Highway when a tractor trolley hit a Suzuki van.
The injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Nawabshah and Hyderabad. Five of the wounded are said to be in a critical state.
The van, carrying more than 20 people, was en-route to Dadu from Sehwan when it met the accident possibly due to over-speeding.
