Disagreements between people always ends up spilling over on to twitter. In turn, politicians from different parties have been using the social media platform to promote and propagate their views and interact with their fans and followers. This has often resulted in intense and competitive rivalries between these politicians.
In turn, full time twitter user and part time first daughter Maryam Nawaz has been accused of orchestrating an elaborate picture complete with a mug of coffee bearing the words “for our sweet leader” written in foam to try and one-up PTI stalwart Asad Omar who had posted a similar picture only 7 hours prior.

The comparison made by PTI Islamabad and later retweeted by PTI official shows screenshots of Asad Umar’s tweet and Maryum Nawaz’s tweet and accusing the latter of copying the PTI leader.
Asad Umar had tweeted a picture of a coffee cup he had been served by a local coffee house which had written “PTI” and drawn a bat in foam on the drink in appreciation of him.

Only a few hours later Maryum posted a picture of coffee served by the PIA which bore the words “Our sweet leader” saying everything becomes worth it because of such gestures.

And while one can never tell the extent to which people (especially politicians) are willing to go to, it still seems just a tad bit suspicious that Maryum would actually stage the same sort of thing happening to her. After all, maybe the PIA staff were PML-N supporters that wanted to one-up the PTI supporters that gave the fancy coffee to Asad Umar. And while it may make Asad Umar feel less special, coffee foam isn’t particularly difficult to manipulate, even though people really are.
