Govt committed to ensuring uninterrupted power supply from next year: Abid Sher Ali

Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali has claimed that the government is committed to ensure ongoing power supply to the people from the next year.

During his visit to FESCO Headquarters in Faisalabad, he said a number of projects have been launched in the energy sector.

He added that upon completion, these projects would not only help end load-shedding but also generate extra electricity to expedite the pace of national progress.

Abid Sher Ali said the PML-N government, under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, is striving for welfare of the people.

He urged people to reject all those elements that are creating hurdles in national progress and prosperity.
