LAHORE: The Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has announced a protest march towards US embassy against the declaring of Hizbul Mujahideen Commander Syed Salahuddin a global terrorist on July 9.

Announcing the decision during a Juma congregation at JI headquarter Mansoora, JI Chief Sirajul Haq condemned the US decision and said that the US itself is one of the biggest terrorists in the world, nurturing the evil objectives of India and Israel.

“Indian PM Modi was called terrorist by the US in past but now has become the close friend of US President Trump,” he said, adding that 200 million Pakistanis stand behind the Kashmiri struggle and categorically reject the biased and unjust decision by the US.

“Millions of Pakistani who love Kashmiri will agitate against the US decision on July 9 and prove that the entire nation stands with them,” JI Ameer said.

Sirajul Haq also lashed the government over its foreign policies and said that corrupt rulers were busy plundering the wealth of the nation.
