ISLAMABAD: The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has rejected an application filed by Nawaz Sharif’s son-in-law Captain (r) Safdar to change the date of his hearing.
The JIT rejected Safdar’s request and directed him to appear on June 24 along with the requisite documents as per initial orders.
Sources are reported to have said that Maryam Nawaz’s husband, had earlier submitted an application to change the hearing date as he planned to travel to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah during the week.
