The early Monsoon spell is welcome if agriculturists of the Barani areas take advantage of it to sow their crops. However, this early spell can also be a warning for impending devastating floods if proper measures are not adopted in time by the concerned authorities. It is the responsibility of agriculture minister to keep strict control over his subordinates in office and field to conduct a survey in their areas and plug any loophole to avoid unpleasant situations to happen and shift responsibility on each other.
Similarly, the federal and the provincial health ministers should inspect dispensaries and hospitals to equip them with sufficient medicines required for water borne diseases. It is all in preparedness to avoid any breakout of vicious illnesses and spread of infections in flood affected areas.

By then, India has filled up its dams and then suddenly releases water into the Chenab rivers at that moment. This causes extensive devastation in Pakistan. This is one of the strategic tricks to destroy Pakistan economy weaken our defense. That is why when asked about how to control Pakistan. Mr. Trump had replied that India would do that for us.
