RAWALPINDI: The government has allocated more than Rs260 million for extension and construction of four major roads in Rawalpindi under the Annual Development Programme (ADP).
The funds will be provided to the Rawalpindi Development Authority under the Annual Development Programme 2017-18.
The provincial government has allocated Rs10 million for remodelling of Double Road (Stadium Road), IJP Road Junction. For extension of Airport Road from Airport Road flyover to Welfare Complex Rs10 million has been allocated and over Rs12.99 million has been allocated for remodelling of Amaar Chowk.
Funds for four major development projects will be provided to Rawalpindi Development Authority in the month of July this year.
