MARDAN: Three people, including two women were killed in a firing incident at Swabi Road in Mardan.
According to initial investigations, the firing incident took place during to old enmity, and the man was targetted by his opponents.
According to the police, a man and three women were boarding a Qingqi when they were fired at. A man and two women died at the spot, whereas a girl who was with the women was injured in the firing.
After the incident, police reached the spot, shifting the injured girl and bodies to District Headquarters Hospital Mardan, while a search for the culprits was under way.
The deceased man belonged to Rostam Machhi area in Mardan, while the two women were from Jahangirabad area of Takht Bai. The women were returning from a relative’s house when the incident occurred.
