Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday issued orders to exclude Senator Nehal Hashmi from the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), it has been reported.

As per media reports, the prime minister took the decision to expel Hashmi based on the recommendations of a five-member disciplinary committee headed by PML-N’s parliamentary leader Raja Zafarul Haq.

The committee jointly reached the conclusion that Hashmi’s incendiary speech was irresponsible and in violation of the party’s discipline, Haq added.

In a video that surfaced on media recently, Hashmi could be seen warning the individuals conducting a Supreme Court-sanctioned investigation that they will be “taken to task” for interrogating the premier’s family.

  1. Because they can always bring him back to the party… and it has no perks!
The Senate seat however will have to be vacated and filled by someone else and he will have to give up the perks.

    Who are these guys kidding?
