Sheikh Rasheed accuses deputy speaker of issuing entry pass to Malik Noor Awan

ISLAMABAD: Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed on Thursday has alleged that the deputy speaker issued a pass to Malik Noor Awan to enter the parliament. Speaking to the media outside the parliament, Sheikh Rasheed said that the ruling PML-N is preparing for ‘war’ from Supreme Court (SC) and Joint Investigation Team (JIT), but this will not happen anymore.

He said that the government is also preparing another man claiming that he is owed Rs2.2 million from him.On the other hand, the suspect has been released on bail but will appear in the court on June 23.

A man, identified as president of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Japan faction, Malik Noor Awan stopped Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed outside the parliament, alleging him of taking Rs2.2 million about 15 years ago as a loan to purchase a vehicle.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar directed security officers to take Malik Noor Awan into custody.

Sheikh Rasheed alleged that “Malik Noor Awan is  ‘Gullu Butt’ of PML-N and warned that Sharif brothers would be responsible if anything happens to me.
