Motorway Police M-2 Ramzan road safety campaign has been launched. In this connection, Iftar boxes and special road safety pamphlets and brochures booklets were distributed among the commuters and motorists on Motorway M-2 Ravi Toll Plaza, Lahore.
Sector Commander SSP Masroor Alam Kolachi advised the NH&MP officers that during the month of Ramzan, people often lose their temper; therefore, the officers should pay special courtesy and should show restraint and not misbehave with any commuter.
Similarly, at the time of Iftar, the chances of road accidents increase, therefore, special measures must be taken to ensure safety and security of the people on Motorways and on National Highways.
The SSP stressed upon the officers to take great care of commuters in distress, as the extension of help to the ones in need and giving counseling and guidance to the people is the hallmark of the Motorway Police.
