ISLAMABAD: At least seven persons have been booked for allegedly torturing family members within the Secretariat Police jurisdiction.
Ishtiaq Ahmed, a resident of Secretariat, lodged a complaint with the local police that Shaukat, Saheen, three male accomplices and two women came to his residence and tortured his sister, niece and brother.
The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
