Load-shedding to end by next year, asserts Asif


ISLAMABAD: The Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif assured the public about  the government determination to end load-shedding by next year.

In a tweet on Saturday, the minister said that after the completion of numerous projects, sufficient power would be added to the national grid by the end of next year.

He added that the country is currently experiencing the highest power generation of 19,253 megawatt and that “we are surely marching on the path of Raushan Pakistan”.
