ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has reserved on Wednesday its findings on the contempt of court case filed against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
PTI spokesperson and part of Imran Khan’s legal team Fawad Chaudhry said that Imran Khan’s reply to the case has been given to the ECP court. Chaudhry argued that the contempt of court case is based on a misunderstanding.
Upon which, the Chief Election Commissioner Justice (retd) Sardar Muhammad Raza asked Fawad to look at the reply he has submitted. “Imran Khan has withdrawn the review request but has still not apologised,” Justice (retd) Raza pointed out.
