The United States claims that they have always played an essential role in supporting the international environment, unprecedented prosperity made possible by free and open markets and thriving international trade; the spread of democracy; and the avoidance of major conflict among great powers: All these remarkable accomplishments have depended on sustained U.S. engagement around the world. Yet Trump dangles before the public the vision of an America freed from the burdens of leadership.
The international order created by the United States today faces challenges greater than at any time. Rising authoritarian powers in Asia and Europe, United States always stated is a threat to the human right and claimed that only US has kept the peace since World War II.
Russia and Ukraine merged, in East Asia, China seeks to control the sea lanes through which a large share of global commerce flows. None of these threats will simply go away. Nor will the United States be spared if the international order collapses, as it did twice in the 20th century. In the 21st century, oceans provide no security. Nor do walls along borders. Nor would cutting off the United States from the international economy by trashing trade agreements and erecting barriers to commerce.
The U.S. claims that its economy remains the most dynamic in the world. The widely touted “rise of the rest” the idea that the United States was being overtaken by the economies of Brazil, Russia, India and China, has proved to be a myth. The dollar remains the world’s reserve currency, and people across the globe seek U.S. investment and entrepreneurial skills to help their flagging economies. But, internally every American knows that the economy is badly shattered, industry facing lot many difficulties because of open China market strategy, creation of jobs is at stand-still and government requires a very sensible leadership to handle this situation which America is facing first time in the history.
Yes, one element still remains, that, U.S. institutions of higher learning remain the world’s best and attract students from every corner of the globe.
United States since last three decades had been very antagonistic towards the world peace. Creation of Talban and incessant war in Afghanistan, ousting Saddam Husain of Iraq by alleging of mass destruction equipment, creating disturbance in South China Sea to make a cluster against China, opposing and overthrowing Egypt and Libyan governments, imposing war on Syria and creating disturbance in Yemen, killing millions innocent citizens, all planned to keep the supremacy and have leading role in the world. If rightly stated, for the entire disturbance around the world, America is responsible.
Now at this time of Trump’s resurgent autocracy, frantic demands for freedom can be heard from inside of United States starting from California and those peoples look to the other States for support, both moral and material.
The first task ahead for Washington is to satisfy their own public before intriguing into other countries affairs, killing innocent citizens, demolishing number of cities, obliterating many countries economy and damaging the world peace. Otherwise, no one can stop the disintegration of United States of America.
Yet, they also have to play a positive role and provide the kind of leadership that many around the world seek and that the American public can support. For the past many years, under the auspices of the World Economic Forum, US has worked with a diverse, bipartisan group of Americans and representatives from other countries to put together the broad outlines of a strategy for renewed U.S. leadership. The strategies to sustain the present international order are much the same as the strategies that created it. But they need to be adapted and updated to meet new challenges.
For instance, one prime task today is to strengthen the government institutions instead fighting against and challenging their authority. For long, international economy, from which the American people have derived so many benefits, remained under strict control of America. Now it’s no more in American hands it has shifted to Chinese and Japanese markets. This means America requires trade agreements that strengthen ties between the United States and the vast economies of East Asia and Europe. American may gain significantly from the Trans-Pacific Partnership. According to the Peterson Institute for International Economics, it will increase annual real incomes in the United States by $131 billion. The United States also needs to work to reform existing international institutions, such as the International Monetary Fund, so that rising economic powers such as China feel a greater stake in them, while also working with new institutions such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to ensure that they reinforce rather than undermine liberal economic norms.
The revolution in energy, which has made the United States one of the world’s leading suppliers, offers another powerful advantage. With the right mix of policies, the United States could help allies in Europe and Asia.
The world has come to recognise that education, creativity and innovation are key to prosperity, and most had been seeing the United States as a leader in these areas. Other nations want access to the American market, American finance and American innovation. Business people around the world seek to build up their own Silicon Valleys and other U.S. style centres of entrepreneurship. The U.S. government can do a better job of working with the private sector in collaborating with developing countries. And Americans need to be more, not less, welcoming to immigrants. Students studying at the world-class universities, entrepreneurs innovating in high-tech incubators and immigrants searching for new opportunities for their families strengthen the United States and show the world the opportunities offered by democracy.
The fight against the Islamic State may get the headlines. But it’s the military threats from Russia and China that most worry top Pentagon officials, and are driving a new arms race to deter these great-power rivals.
China worries some Pentagon officials even more than Russia. A recent study by the Rand Corp., titled “War with China: Thinking through the Unthinkable,” warned: “Improvements in Chinese military capabilities mean that a war would not necessarily go the way U.S. war planners plan it. Whereas a clear U.S. victory once seemed probable, it is increasingly likely that a conflict could involve inconclusive fighting with steep losses on both sides.”

But no nation and no people have benefited more than Americans. And no nation has a greater role to play in preserving this system for future generations except America.
Now, if Washington wants to retain its international supremacy, its utmost duty is to keep the role of international leadership in a peaceful way else Law of average is going to smack United States of America in a way which may remind them the days of civil war.
