Lahore to have 12 new sports complexes soon

LAHORE: Lahore Development Authority is going to build 12 new sports complexes soon, as directed by the Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif.

LDA has already started working on this project following the directions of the CM, according to reports. They’re now inviting applications for pre-qualification from the engineering firms/contractors, already licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A, for this sort of construction.

According to reports, these sports complexes will be built in 11 National Assembly constituencies of the Lahore District.

Lahore Development Authority director general has ordered transfers of two officers. Asim Saleem who was working as Director Land Development-I has now been posted as Director, Record Sifting Cell. Whereas Muhammad Asad Ameer who was working as Director Record Management has now been transferred to the post of  Director Land Development-I plus Director Record Management.
