I feel ashamed for being a Pakistani whose government has given a way out to a terrorist that belonged to its staunch enemy by appearing in ICJ and that too not well prepared. Kulbhushan Jadhav has admitted of killing a number of innocent Pakistani citizens in terrorist activities that were planned by him and hence he is a terrorist by any definition and not a spy as pleaded by Pakistan in ICJ. Pakistan Military is so tough on other terrorist, and rightly so, that they are being hanged in numbers and no ICJ has ever meddled in Pakistani affairs then. It seemed that visit of Mr Jindal has borne fruit for India and once again Pakistan national interest has been compromised over personal business interest. I am afraid that one day Kashmir might also be sold to India if India offered our top politicians the right price.
There is a silver lining though. India which was not allowing any third party to intervene in Kashmir dispute has opened a way for Pakistan to again seek international community support for resolving the Kashmir issue. India stance that they will take all steps necessary to get Mr Jadhav back can also be used in Pakistan favour i.e.: if India decides to resolve the Kashmir issue then the Indian terrorist may be allowed to go back to India unharmed otherwise he should be treated as any other terrorist is dealt by Pakistan, that is by hanging.
