ISLAMABAD: Two main opposition parties of the country, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday vowed to give tough opposition to the government over Dawn Leaks issue.
Opposition Leader in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi have reportedly had telephonic consultations on national politics.
The two leaders stated that their respective parties would jointly ask the government to produce Dawn Leaks report before the House.
The two leaders also exchanged views over the strategy to be adopted during the NA session. Moreover, the duo agreed that it was crucial for national security that the ambiguity over the Dawn Leaks report is removed.
