PSP, JI to hold rallies in Karachi today

KARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) will stage a “million march” in Karachi whereas Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) will take out a rally against K-Electric (KE) on Sunday, it has been reported.

As per the details, PSP will ask for their 16 demands to be met. PSP’s rally will commence from Shahrah-e-Faisal and conclude at Governor House. Leaders of Muttahida Qaumi Movement – Pakistan have also been invited to attend the rally.

Meanwhile, Jamaat-e-Islami’s rally against the power distribution company will be from Sakhi Hasan to Five-Star Chowrangi.

PSP Chief Mustafa Kamal and President of JI Karachi wing Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, speaking to media, stated that both parties are striving so that the provincial capital’s issues are resolved.
