ABBOTTABAD: An mob has lynched a youngster over allegations of having illegitimate relations in Mansehra division, it has been reported. As per the details, the mob attacked the victim, Abdul Sattar with batons, stones and shot him. They later took his clothes off and dragged his body while the police remained a silent spectator.
He passed away while being rushed to a medical facility. As per the autopsy report, the bullet wound and baton attack caused the death.
A special investigation team has been constituted to investigate the case.Three suspected persons have been arrested in connection to the incident while the prime suspects has managed to escape. Abdul Sattar was a private ambulance driver in Abbottabad and had left for duty two days before the incident took place. An unknown person informed the victim’s family members that Sattar has been seriously injured in the mob attack.
