Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil is back on his way to Canada from Dubai. Maulana Tariq Jamil had been offloaded at the Dubai airport as the canadian authorities had asked the Dubai airport official to not let him come to Canada as he might incite violence. Maulana Tariq Jamil was going to Canada to attend a fund raising dinner hosted by Shahid Afridi’s NGO. Shahid Afridi was also present on the same flight as him when he was offloaded.
