Lahore: Punjab Food Authority destroyed 2110 kg substandard meat at various slaughterhouses all over the city at Shadman Police have registered a FIR.
According to the spokesman, the action was conducted under the direction of Director General PFA Noor ul Ameen Mangal who received and information that a few people were preparing substandard meat for selling purposes.
On this information; DG PFA himself raided along and destroyed approximately 600 kg of substandard meat of chicken at Tollinton Market and sealed the shop.
Shadman Police have registered a FIR.
