PM Nawaz to attend key summit in Saudi Arabia

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has accepted the invitation of King Salman bin Abdul Aziz to attend the upcoming US-Arab and Islamic Summit in Riyadh city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Minister for Information and Culture Dr Awwad Bin Saleh Al-Awwad extended the invitation to the prime minister in a meeting held here at the PM House. The visiting minister is the special envoy of the Saudi king to extend invitation on the latter’s behalf.

The conference will also be attended by US President Donald Trump, who will mark his first visit to the kingdom since he assumed the office as the American president in January 2017. The meeting will focus on ways to enhance the cooperation between the American and the Muslim countries in fight against extremism.

Talking to his Saudi guest, Prime Minister Nawaz said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy identical views on most regional and international issues and both were working side-by-side in the service of their common interests and objectives. “Pakistan gives great importance to its relations with the Saudi Arabia,” he told the visiting minister.

He also expressed his keenness to enhance these relations in various fields in the interest of the two countries. Prime Minister Nawaz praised the role of the Saudi leadership in support of regional and global security, stability and peace.

  1. So what. He is an under trial person with no status. He because of his this status, was not permitted to address any such moots in Devos Switzerland. He wants to Lodge a complaint with his Superior about our Armed Forces.His Superior is likely to make it .
