An application regarding nomination of Ehsanullah Ehsan, former spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and a senior leader of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, in an FIR No 490 registered in Aapara Police Station five years ago was filed.
According to reliable sources, Ehsanullah Ehsan’s associates have started to join Daesh after his arrest and statements regarding funding giving by India and Israel to banned organisation.
Petitioner Shehzad Iqbal stated in his petition that Ehsanullah Ehsan knew about my son adding that he (Ehsanullah) had told me that “my son Ahmer Shehzad was martyred in an attack carried out by Afghan and NATO forces on December 2014”.
“After the incident he informed me through internet about the death of my son and also sent a letter and video clip which was forged, he added”.
Petitioner added that as PAK Army informed that Ehsanullah Ehsan has been apprehended by intelligence agencies so it is requested that he should be asked about my son.
According to the documents in this regard, the police have forwarded the case to missing person commission instead of finding out my son.
Aapara Police Station Aabpara SHO Inspector Tanveer Abbasi said that he has not received any kind of news.
But on the other hand according to the documents available, an application in this regard has been received on diary number 965 to the said police station on April 24, 2017.
